For this character ( made out of the Nord race in Enhanced Character Edit ). You  may have to use the Live another life mod too? Not totally sure though. And you won't have to do the main story anyway.

I have given him 5000 gold, so you won't have to start out very poor. It's at the lover levels you really need good weapons and armor as your character as you know are weak as a chicken. And on top of that you will need food, drinks and many potions not to risk getting killed every 5 minutes.
