Adds a tiny, mostly empty starter type player home along with 7 generic followers that may or may not look slightly better than vanilla ones (and they mostly have weird names):

Notes

-This is my first time working with AI packages. They mostly worked fine for me, but they may or may not have minor issues throughout the day (some of them don't sleep for some reason, for example).

-All of their armor is either low weight or duplicated and renamed 0-weight versions of existing items, due to being unable to remove a follower's default outfit without console commands

-Most of them have very short and rather lame backstory journals in their inventory.
